Terms of Service

How a project with the studio runs in practice: the written scope, what you pay and when, how feedback works, who owns the finished work and what happens after launch.

Last updated 7 November 2026

These terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any project you engage Vigocrest Ventures (OPC) Private Limited to design, build or support. Sending an enquiry, approving a quote or paying an invoice means you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Quotes and scope

Every engagement begins with a written scope that lists the pages, screens or features included, a fixed price and a delivery window. Anything not listed is out of scope and is quoted separately before it starts. A quote stays valid for thirty days.

Fees and payment

Websites and apps are billed half on approval, to schedule the work, and the balance before launch; larger builds can be split into milestone invoices agreed in writing. Invoices are payable within seven days, taxes are charged as applicable, and work may pause on an overdue invoice. Domains, hosting, licences, SMS and AI usage sit in your own accounts and are paid by you.

Timelines and your part

Timelines assume content and feedback arrive when agreed. You provide the material, one person who can approve work, and access to any existing accounts. If content or feedback is delayed by more than five working days, the delivery date moves accordingly.

Revisions and changes

A website build includes two rounds of revisions on the design and two during the build. Web app and AI projects include a review at the end of every weekly cycle. Work that changes the agreed scope — a new page, a new feature, a different direction — is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it.

Third-party services

Hosting, domains, email, payment gateways and AI providers are separate companies with their own terms and prices. We choose, configure and connect them carefully, but we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or price increases.

AI projects

AI features are built with evaluation, guardrails and review paths, but their output can still be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You remain responsible for checking output before it is relied on, and the service is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Usage costs vary with volume and are billed at the provider's rates.

Ownership and handover

Once the final invoice is paid you own the custom design, code and content created for your project, and we hand over the code repository, accounts and documentation. Generic techniques, internal tooling and pre-existing code remain ours, and open-source or licensed components stay under their own licences.

Portfolio and confidentiality

We may show finished work and describe it on this site or in proposals unless you ask us in writing not to. Both sides keep the other's business information private during the project and afterwards, and anything you mark as confidential is never published.

Support after launch

For thirty days after launch we fix anything that does not work as agreed, at no charge. After that, a monthly care plan covers hosting checks, monitoring, updates and small improvements, with thirty days' notice to stop. A care plan does not include new features, which are quoted separately.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost data, and we do not guarantee search rankings, sales figures or the accuracy of AI output.

Ending a project, and the law

Either side can end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that date, we hand over what has been paid for, and both sides return or delete the other's confidential material. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version always sits on this page with the date at the top. Terms already agreed for a running project change only with your written agreement.

Free tools and the App Builder

These terms apply to the free tools at vigocrest.com/tools, including the Website to APK Converter ("App Builder"), App Icon Generator, PWA Manifest Generator and SEO & Open Graph Checker, provided by Vigocrest Ventures (OPC) Private Limited, Bangalore ("Vigocrest", "we").

1. Websites you may convert. You may only build an app for a website that you own or are authorised to publish as an app. By starting a build you confirm this. We may ask for proof of ownership.

2. Acceptable use. You must not use the tools to create apps or content that impersonate another person, brand or organisation; collect passwords, payment or personal data under false pretences; distribute malware; or break any law or Google Play policy. We may refuse, stop or delete any build, block access, and report misuse, without notice or refund.

3. What the App Builder makes. The app opens your live website inside an Android app. Your website's content, data, privacy practices and legal compliance remain your responsibility. Google Play decides whether to publish an app. We do not guarantee approval, ranking or availability on any app store.

4. Signing keys. Each app includes a signing key (upload-key.jks) and its passwords. You are responsible for keeping them safe and backed up. We keep an encrypted copy so we can rebuild your app (for example, after you remove branding). You can ask us to delete it by writing to info@vigocrest.com. After deletion we cannot rebuild the app with the same key.

5. Free builds and branding. Free builds show a "Built with Vigocrest" credit on the splash screen. You must not remove or alter it, except by buying branding removal. Build files may be deleted from our servers 30 days after they are created, so download and keep them.

6. Paid branding removal. Branding removal is a one-time payment per app (one package name), at the price shown before checkout, processed by Razorpay. It includes an unbranded rebuild using the same signing key and the Android Studio project. Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable once the unbranded build has been delivered. If the build cannot be completed and we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you in full.

7. SEO & Open Graph Checker. The checker fetches only the public page address you enter. Results are automated guidance, not a guarantee of search rankings.

8. No warranty. The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that their output will suit your purpose.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Vigocrest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from the tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the tools is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant app in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹0 for free use).

10. Changes. We may change, limit or discontinue the tools or these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.

11. Law and courts. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
