What happens to the details you send us through this website: where they are kept, who can see them, how long we hold them and how you can have them corrected or removed.

What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we receive the name, email address, phone number, project type and message you type in. Our web host also records basic technical information such as the pages you visited, the device and browser you used, and an approximate city from your connection.
How enquiry details are stored
Form submissions are saved in the message dashboard attached to this website, a copy is emailed to info@vigocrest.com, and a contact record with your name, email address and phone number is created in our customer list. Those systems are run by our website and email hosting providers, and access is limited to the people at the studio who answer enquiries.
How we use it
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, prepare a scope and a quote, deliver and support the project if we work together, and keep the records that Indian company and tax law requires. We never sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a project are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last message and then deleted. Invoices, contracts and project correspondence are kept for seven years, because that is how long accounting records have to be retained.
Who we share it with
Only the providers who run the services behind this website — hosting, email delivery, file storage and, when a project involves payment, the payment gateway — plus professional advisers, and the authorities when the law requires it. Each of them handles the data on our instruction and none of them may use it for their own marketing.
Payments
Card, UPI and bank details are never entered on this website and are never stored by us. When a project requires payment, those details are entered directly on the payment provider's own secure page.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to remember preferences and count visits. They do not identify you by name. You can block or clear them in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some preferences will not be remembered.
Keeping it secure
The site is served over HTTPS, administrative access is limited and protected, and our providers keep managed backups. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the enquiry form — we will arrange a safer route once we start talking.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@vigocrest.com. We reply within thirty days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. If a request cannot be met, we explain why.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle information changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Changes that affect enquiries we already hold are also mentioned in our reply to you.
Free tools
Tools that run in your browser. The App Icon Generator and PWA Manifest Generator process your images and settings on your own device. We do not receive or store them.
What we collect.
- App Builder: your email and name (if given), the website address, app settings (name, package name, colours, version) and icon images, and the finished build files. We also keep an encrypted copy of each app's signing key.
- SEO & Open Graph Checker: the address you check, which we fetch to produce the report.
- Contact and quote forms: what you type into them (name, email, phone, message).
- All tools: your IP address and basic request logs, used to prevent abuse and to rate-limit requests.
Why we use it. To build and deliver your app, to reply to your request, to support paid branding removal and rebuilds, to prevent misuse, and, only if you ticked the box, to send occasional tips about apps and websites. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who processes it for us. Replit (website hosting and database), Google Cloud (app builds), and Razorpay (payments; we never see your card or UPI details). We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it.
- Build files: up to 30 days.
- Signing keys: until you ask us to delete them.
- Leads and enquiries: up to 3 years, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Request logs: only as long as our hosting providers keep them.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing emails, by writing to info@vigocrest.com. We will respond within 30 days.
